Instructions for Activating Your Access
1 - When you click on the link above you will enter an email address that you access with your mobile device.
2 - Enter your email address and click continue, then enter payment information.
3 - Then you will electronically sign the liability waiver.
4 - You will receive 2 emails. One from Metroflex Ardmore and one from KISI.
5 - If you don't see the KISI email, make sure to check your SPAM/JUNK folder.
6 - There will be a link to download the KISI app for your phone type (Apple or Android).
7 - Click the link to download the application.
8 - Enter your email and click resend.
9 - Once it sends the email it will be the activation email - Click on the link
10 - When it configures the settings make sure to allow notifications, enable bluetooth, and enable your location settings.
11 - Then you will be able walk up to the door and scan your phone for entry.
